Pre-Money Valuation is a measure used to determine the value of a company’s equity before raising a round of financing. The pre-money valuation is a metric of the value of a company excluding the latest round of funding.

To determine Pre-money valuation use the calculation:

Pre-money valuation = post-money – financing raised
